We hope that you will be delighted with your purchase from Medimark Gloves, but we understand that sometimes there may be a reason that you would like to return an item you have purchased to us. We aim to make this process as simple as possible.

 

Our returns policy is valid for 14 days from the receipt of an item.

 

We will accept returns for the following reasons:

• Damage caused in transit
• Faulty product
• Incorrect product shipped in error

We will arrange to collect the item from you at our cost.

 

For disposable gloves, please note that the gloves cannot be returned if the box has been opened (unless faulty or damaged in transit). This is to ensure that every product retains the highest level of hygiene, giving you confidence when using the gloves for medical or food handling uses.

 

We will either replace, exchange or refund your item, once your item has been returned to us, checked and approved.

 

To commence a return, please use our returns form within 14 days of receiving your item and include all the information requested. We may ask for additional information such as photographic evidence of any damage sustained.
