Welcome to the Medimark Gloves Returns page. If you need to return any product(s) from your order, please refer to our returns policy and use the returns form below.
Return & Exchanges

Any product purchased from us may be returned for the following reasons:

If the product arrives faulty or damaged.

If the product is incorrect due to a mis-pick or misinformation (this must be reported as soon as possible upon receipt of the order).

When returning orders to us, the following applies:

Goods must be returned as sold i.e. in the original packaging and in resalable condition.

Any free gifts or other additional bundled items delivered with the products must also be returned.

You must obtain a Returns Authorisation Number and return postage label from us. This must be affixed to the parcel you are returning to allow the return to be dealt with as efficiently as possible.

Failure to meet the above criteria may result in the return being rejected.

Although we provide a free returns service on qualifying products; this is only a standard service which covers up to £100.00. Therefore, for anything over this value, it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure goods are sent with appropriate insurance to cover for any loss or damages during transit.
