Welcome to the Medimark Gloves Terms and Conditions page. By continuing to browse or placing an order on this website, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

 

Age Verification

You must be 18+ years old to access and purchase from this website.

Product Description

All product descriptions are photographs are designed to assist customers but sometimes there may be slight variations in the colours due to your web browser or monitor being used to view them.

We always endeavour to provide accurate representations and update when possible.

Safety

Some of our products may contain small parts which are not suitable for children. Please dispose of all packaging in a safe and environmentally friendly way.

Payment

Payment must be received in full before your item(s) is/are dispatched. All product prices, features and specifications are subject to change without notice. Payment can be made by credit or debit card or via bank transfer on pro-forma invoice.

All goods remain our property, until full payment has been received.

 

VAT

 

VAT will be applied to all orders at 20%. All prices quoted on our website exclude VAT. We are registered with HMRC for VAT. Our VAT registration number is GB359262573.

Secure Card Payments

The verification of your credit or debit card is carried out by Wix.com, one of the leading providers of secure online card processing in the UK. Wix uses 128-bit encryption and is authorised by all the major banks and card companies in the UK to carry out the processing of credit and debit card transactions.

MediMark Group Limited does not have access to your card details when making purchases via this website, these are passed directly from Square in an encrypted form to your bank over a secure link. Each time you enter your credit card information, this information is only used once for the purpose of that transaction.

To check that you are on a secure page look for the following in your browser:

1. The website address when ordering begins with "https" rather than "http".

2. A picture of a locked padlock will appear in your browser.

Credit Terms

Credit terms of 30 days net are available (subject to credit assessment) when you spend over £1500 (excluding VAT) with us per calendar month. You will need to apply for a credit account before making your first purchase.

Delivery

We will dispatch your order after receiving and confirming payment in full. We only deliver to consumer and business customers who are based within the UK. We do not deliver to non-physical addresses (such as PO Box or BFPO) We charge a fixed delivery rate of £5.95 + VAT per order.​

We will provide free delivery when you spend over £75 + VAT in any single transaction.

For larger pallet orders, we provide free delivery. We use a range of Palletised Delivery Services for these types of order.

We reserve the right to charge additional supplementary rates for deliveries to Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles and Channel Islands. These charges fluctuate but will be made available to you before you checkout an order on our website.

Responsibility for ownership of the goods passes to the purchaser once we have delivered them.

 

After 2 failed delivery attempts the goods will be returned to us. You will be responsible for any additional delivery costs and associated costs.

 

Any damages or shortages must be reported to us within 1 working day of delivery. This does not affect your statutory rights.

We use a variety of courier partners including Royal Mail, DPD, DHL, Evri and Tuffnells.

 

All deliveries will be tracked and insured.

Return & Exchanges

Any product purchased from us may be returned for the following reasons:

  • If the product arrives faulty or damaged.

  • If the product is incorrect due to a mis-pick or misinformation (this must be reported as soon as possible upon receipt of the order).

When returning orders to us, the following applies:

  • Goods must be returned as sold i.e. in the original packaging and in resalable condition.

  • Any free gifts or other additional bundled items delivered with the products must also be returned.

  • You must obtain a Returns Authorisation Number and return postage label from us. This must be affixed to the parcel you are returning to allow the return to be dealt with as efficiently as possible.

Failure to meet the above criteria may result in the return being rejected.

Although we provide a free returns service on qualifying products; this is only a standard service which covers up to £100.00. Therefore, for anything over this value, it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure goods are sent with appropriate insurance to cover for any loss or damages during transit. This is something we can provide, please speak with one of our advisers for more information.
